PPHGlobal was established in 2007 as one of the first offshore sportsbooks with a complete service for clients the world over.
How can I set up an account with PPHGlobal?
You may get in touch with us free of charge at 1-866-238-5003. Our sales agent shall only be requiring a bit of contact information, i.e. your first name, phone number and e-mail address. One we have this, we shall ask you for an estimate of how many players you shall have, your preferred gaming options, and the betting method your players shall be using. According to the information you give us, we will fix the proper rate per player for your best convenience. Then we shall require you to make a small first deposit with us in order for us to create your account. Once this is done we shall need a list from you with your players and their chosen account passwords, along with their credit and wager limits, and other personalized settings. We shall appoint them account IDs and double-check their passwords. You shall then provide these to your players, along with the betting web page address and phone number(s) and they shall be ready for business.
What about my account records? Are they kept private?
We make sure that all information about agents and their players is given strict confidentiality, and it shall only be accessed by our supervisors and managers. The customer has, however, sole responsibility over the secrecy of his password. PPHGlobal will not be held responsible for the accessing of an account by anyone else than the customer its password was given to.
What are the minimum and maximum limits on bets?
Telephone bets:

Will my players with internet accounts be able to make bets over the phone?
PPHGlobal gives your players one account number for internet and phone wagering alike. They could therefore be adding their phone bets to those they have in their internet and phone accounts, but the phone wagering limits shall apply.
How will I be able to make deposits into my agent account?
Western Union: This is one of the most commonly used ways of making deposits. Western Union is a system frequently used throughout the globe for sending funds between individual people.
